How do I know my credit card details are safe once I have entered them?
MAH uses proven Secure Sockets Layer [SSL] technology to protect your personal details. SSL is a secure system which is widely used by major banks around the world; it encrypts [encodes] your personal information [such as your name, address and credit card number] so that it is available only to you and to us and can not be intercepted by anyone when your details are transferred to us. Because your details are encrypted with this technology you can be reassured that doing business with us over the internet is even more secure than buying over the phone.

Should I take out travel insurance?
We strongly recommend you take out adequate comprehensive travel insurance which also covers you for any cancellation fees should you have to cancel your trip. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for information on applicable cancellation fees. MAH does not act as an insurance broker and we do not offer any travel insurance.

What to do if I have special request after I have made my booking?
Sometimes, it may be necessary that you have to add a special request after MAH has confirmed your package holiday. Please call us on +61 08 9208 0688 or use the Contact Form to advise us of any special requests you may have and we will try our best to arrange for the necessary. Should any cost be involved, MAH will advise you accordingly.

What happens if I need to change my confirmed booking?
From time to time, it may be necessary for you to amend a confirmed booking. Permitted amendments attract rebooking fees; please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details. Please note that rebooking of services depends on availability of the service on a new date.

What if need to change my confirmed booking?
Please contact MAH in writing, if you need to cancel your confirmed package holiday booking. Cancellation fees apply; please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Is there a refund if I shorten my holiday?
In case you decide to shorten your holiday, all moneys will be forfeited; ie. no refund applies.

Vouchers / Travel documents
After you complete your online booking request, MAH will automatically send you an email confirming that we have received your booking request. Our travel consultants will then place the required bookings on your behalf and once all services have been confirmed to us, you will get a confirmation email outlining all details of your package holiday.

Once MAH has received your full payment, you will receive a further email containing your vouchers and other applicable travel documents. Please print service vouchers as you will be asked to present these when you check into a hotel, join a tour, cruise, excursion etc.

MAH will not send you any documents by post; all correspondence between you and MAH is by email only.

What are electronic vouchers / Travel documents?
Electronic vouchers / travel documents are stored within our reservation systems rather than printed on a paper copy. This service is identical to the traditional paper vouchers / travel documents; however, it eliminates the time and hassle associated with purchasing or exchanging paper vouchers / travel documents.

MAH will email your e-voucher / travel documents once we have received your full payment. E-vouchers / travel documents are valuable documents that should be kept securely in order to avoid unlawful any misuse by unrelated third parties.

Receipts and Tax Invoices
You can use MAH’s confirmation email as a receipt or invoice for your booking of a package holiday. Should you require a tax invoice / receipt, you can call us on +61 08 9208 0688 or use the Contact Form to discuss your requirements.
